Preliminary pageants to: 1) the Miss Alabama Forestry Scholarship Program (open to contestants who reside, work, or attend school in Alabama. You are not required to live in the county to compete.) and 2) the Miss Alabama Woodlands Scholarship Program (open pageant - open to contestants in all states)

Entry fees for Queens in the following age categories will be paid to either the Miss Alabama Forestry Scholarship Program pageant or the Miss Alabama Woodlands Scholarship Program pageant. If you win and do not submit all paperwork by the deadline for state, opportunity to compete at state will be forfeited and will go to the first alternate.

Prizes: Two Queens will be chosen in each age category. Queens will receive entry fee paid to state (Tiny Miss - Miss), a rhinestone tiara, trophy, and embroidered sash.

There will be two Alternates in each age category. Alternates will receive a rhinestone tiara, banner, and trophy. Contestants (all not winning the above titles) will be crowned as a Princess and receive a rhinestone tiara!Winners in each optional event will receive an award.

Optionals: Photogenic will be judged on the photo you turn in. Best Fashion will be judged on the outfit you wear during your beauty walk. Interview will be judged separately and not scored with other scoring. Scoring: Dress 1-10, General Knowledge 1-10, Ability to Communicate 1-10, Poise/Self Confidence 1-10. Portfolio will be judged on the portfolio you turn in.

Early Bird Entry: Contestant will receive a basket of prizes for the first entry form and fee received.

Sponsor Tickets: You may sell Sponsor Tickets to compete free! These are available on the website: http://coffeecountyforestry.tripod.com/id14.html. Sell 100 tickets to receive free entry.

Sell 200 tickets to receive free entry and a 2 foot trophy.

Sell 300 tickets to receive free entry, a 3 foot trophy, and a rhinestone tiara.

Sell 400 tickets to receive free entry, a 4 foot trophy, and a rhinestone tiara.

Sell 500 tickets to receive free entry, a 5 foot trophy, and a rhinestone tiara.

Sell 600 tickets to receive free entry, a 6 foot trophy, and a rhinestone tiara. The more you sell, the larger your trophy and tiara will be. Deadline to turn in Sponsor Tickets is two (2) weeks prior to the pageant.

Discount: First child full price, second child half-price, third child free.

Referral Program: $10.00 for each referral. Refer 3 contestants who are not on the mailing list to compete free! Refer 5 contestants who are not on the mailing list to compete free and receive a large rhinestone tiara. Contestant must credit you on their entry form.

Referrals will not be counted for contestants entering at the door. Deadline to turn in Referrals is two (2) weeks prior to the pageant.

Beauty Scoring: Beauty, Poise, Stage Personality 1-25; Dress/Evening Gown 1-15; On-Stage Question 1-10.Door Admission: $8.00 for adults; $5.00 for students; children under 5 and visiting queens free.

Photography: Hypnotic Photography will be at the pageant. No cameras will be allowed at the pageant. They offer great prices on photo packages. Contestants agree to hold harmless directors of the Coffee County Forestry Scholarship Program, the Coffee County Woodlands Scholarship Program, including all staff, personnel, facility, or any other persons affiliated with this event from any accidents, damages, lost, theft, injury, or sickness that may occur directly or indirectly with this event. We select judges from different backgrounds and ages. The judges are completely impartial and have had experience in judging various types of pageants. All judges’ decisions are final!
